Pricing model
How the pricing works
We set the price together with you, but the model is always the same and worth understanding in advance.
- A setup fee
- A one-off fee when the clinic is set up. It covers creating the organisation and clinics, importing the catalogue, and a walkthrough with your staff.
- A recurring fee per active behandlare (practitioner)
- The recurring cost follows the number of active behandlare in the organisation, not the number of clinics and not the number of logins. Add a behandlare and the fee changes; close one and it changes too.
- Logins cost nothing
- You can create as many users as you like, whether staff, managers or administrators, without it affecting the price. Tablets in the stockrooms are not counted either.
- An agreed period
- The recurring fee is invoiced according to the period we agree on, and the contract term is stated in the contract.
No prices appear on this page. Clinics differ in size and setup, and a figure without context is simply misleading. Get in touch and we will work it out for your case.

We set you up
There is no self-registration. Getting set up works like this:
Walkthrough
We go through how your stockroom looks today, how many clinics and behandlare are involved, and whether the system suits you.
We create the organisation
We create the organisation and the clinics and invite your first administrator, who chooses their own password.
The catalogue is read in
If you have a spreadsheet of the stockroom we read it in, with reorder levels and suppliers. Otherwise we set it up together.
The tablets are connected
The tablets in the stockrooms are tied to their respective clinic, and the staff get a short walkthrough of the scanning.
