Dental Lager is an inventory system built for Swedish dental clinics. Every withdrawal is recorded against a behandlare (practitioner), so the stock balance is right and the statistics can be trusted.
We set the clinic up for you. No self-registration, no app to install. The system runs in the browser and on a tablet in the stockroom.

None of the below was invented for this page. It is what the application actually does today.
Withdrawals tied to a behandlare
A withdrawal cannot be recorded without naming a behandlare. The rule is a constraint in the database, not a reminder in the interface.
A tablet in the stockroom
A tablet on the wall, signed in as the clinic. Staff scan, choose a behandlare and are done. No personal login at the shelf.
A reorder level per item
Every item has its own level per clinic. When the balance falls below it the item is flagged automatically and appears on the To Order list.
Statistics with guardrails
Consumption per behandlare, compared against the median for colleagues. No ranking, and nobody is flagged on a sample that is too small.
Built for Swedish dentistry
One clinic or a group: the same system.
The catalogue of products and suppliers is shared across the organisation. Balances, reorder levels, withdrawals and behandlare belong to each individual clinic.
With one clinic you see no extra controls. With several, a clinic switcher appears. It is there only when it is needed.
